Scott Cauvel

Executive Director, Enterprise Business

Scott Cauvel is a seasoned automotive industry leader who serves as Executive Director, Enterprise Business at S&P Global Mobility. Joining the team in 2023 with nearly 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, he is responsible for overseeing new business development, client retention, account management, enablement and revenue growth in the OEM, financial lending and API/digital retail space. He introduces Market Scan’s pricing, incentives and competitive payment analytic products to OEMs, financial services and digital retailers. Cauvel has a wealth of knowledge from previous experience at Ford Motor Company, where he held an array of national and international leadership roles during his tenure. He served as the general manager for the Mid-Atlantic U.S. Market, vice president sales for Ford Motor Company of Canada LTD, North American Production Programming / Sales Planning Director, and general manager and executive director of North America Ford Truck. For 9 years of his career, he led Ford’s national and regional incentive planning and yield management.  He also served as a corporate director of Ford Motor Credit Canada, LTD.  Cauvel is active in local fundraisers and has led a variety of charitable and philanthropic efforts in his community.
